Investment objective of the fund is to deliver superior returns to our investors by doing controlled deals in the real estate sector in India. To achieve this, the fund will primarily focus on residential and commercial projects in upcoming Industrial Corridors and warehousing projects across India. Some amount of the fund may be utilized for buying distressed projects in metro cities across India.
Domus Capital LLP is registered as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund regulated by the Securities and Exchange Board of India. The Fund is sponsored by Vale Horizon Investment LLP and will be managed by Sapiens Advisors LLP. Both Vale Horizon Investment LLP and Sapiens Advisors LLP have been incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
The Fund will invest in securities issued by Investee Companies which will undertake development of real estate projects. The Sponsor owns an in-house construction company which will bid alongside other contractors to offer contracting services to the Investee Companies. Such bids will be approved according to our Conflict of Interest policies.
Rs 200 crores plus a green-shoe option for a further Rs 100 crores at the discretion of the Investment Manager. The money will be raised from investors through a Private Placement process.
